2018 Awards Rules

  • Campaigns or projects may be entered in multiple categories.
  • Final entry deadline is January 15, 2018.
  • The NEFMA Awards reserves the right to present no awards in those categories where judges determine excellence has not been achieved or an insufficient number of entries have been submitted

Submission Guidelines

Prior to submitting your entries, please prepare the following:

Basic Information
Name, Company, Address, Email and Phone Number, Entry Category, Title of Entry and Client (if applicable)

Campaign Description and Entry Questions
Please tell us a little about the background of your campaign and how it came about.
Write a summary of your entry that highlights the objectives, tactics and results. If you are first writing this paragraph in Microsoft Word, please remove the character formatting before copying and pasting into Judgify. To do this: Highlight the portion you want to copy and paste in Microsoft Word, then click on the drop-down menu in the “Styles” section of the Home tab (next to Change Styles). Choose “Clear Formatting.” Copy and paste that text into Judgify.

Who was your target audience?
What was the objective of your item or campaign?
What was your strategy and eventual objectives?
Did you face any challenges? If so, how were they overcome?
Discuss what distinguishes your entry as a possible recipient for this award.
Is there additional information you would like to add that’s related to your entry?

Supplemental Materials
Up to five supporting files (no larger than 50 MB each) may be uploaded. Files can include, but are not limited to: campaign collateral materials, photos, media clippings or any other materials that illustrate your institution’s campaign, project or event. Multiple supporting documents can be combined into a single PDF to constitute one supporting material. How entrants use the file uploads is at the entrants’ discretion.
