Amber Farley, Executive Vice President of FMS Social

Amber Farley, Executive Vice President of FMS Social, is a well-known and respected teacher, presenter and thought leader on social media and digital marketing strategies for banks around the country. She teaches at national banking schools like the ABA School of Bank Marketing and Management and other statewide banking institutions and is also a regular speaker for ABA webinars and webcasts on social media best practices. Adding usability, meaning, structure, functionality and even fun to the brand experience, she reaches people the new-fashioned way, right at the moment of relevance.


Rich Jones, President, CEO, Leading2Leadership

A published author and engaging speaker, Rich Jones is President/CEO/Principal for Leading2Leadership LLC. Prior to starting his own strategic planning agency he was Senior Vice President of Sales, Marketing and Business Development with $1B Elements Financial FCU (previously known as Eli Lilly Federal Credit Union.) With more than three decades of leadership experience that included building entrepreneurial enterprises he brings innovative thought and practices to credit unions, community banks and non-profit enterprises across the country.


Todd Woodard, President, SiteTech Systems

Prior to acquiring SiteTech Systems, Todd had 20+ years of experience in banking and consumer finance as he was President of GE Capital’s Retail Mortgage business, President of Conseco Finance’s Private Label Credit Card, Home Improvement, and Sales Finance businesses in addition to holding various executive roles at GreenTree Finance and Household Finance Corporation. Todd is active in the Grand Strand as he serves on the Board of Directors for the Myrtle Beach Regional Economic Development Corporation, Board of Visitors at the Coastal Carolina University Wall College of Business, Finance Advisory Board at the CCU Wall College of Business, and on the board at the Myrtle Beach Campground Association. Additionally, Todd is a frequent speaker to community & regional banks, realtor & appraiser groups, and civic organizations. Todd is a graduate from North Carolina State University with a BS degree in Industrial Engineering.


Kevin DeNorscia, CEO, Green Door Consulting

Kevin DeNorscia began his banking career in 1989 and over the last 25+ years has worked in almost every area a Financial Institution can offer. From HR, retail management and corporate cash management to commercial lending, business development and training; Kevin has spent his entire career either working for,or consulting to, some of New England's premier banks and credit unions. Kevin is a proud member of the New England high school wrestling community and currently serves as the Head Varsity Wrestling Coach at Saint John's High School in Shrewsbury , MA. Kevin resides in Holden with his wife Justine and their 3 children.


Steve Rice, Executive Vice President of Financial Education, EverFi

Steve came to EverFi with a career focused on technology, education, and personal finance. He actually had a genetic predisposition toward these three things: his father was a financial advisor and also a professor, and his attorney mother drafted the first legislation in the entire United States to start the Charter School school movement in the 1980s. Prior to EverFi, Steve worked at LivingSocial, AOL, and as a technical consultant at Coca-Cola. At AOL, Steve worked on content websites, including AOL Finance and, as well as AOL@School, a program to give schools educational tools and content. While at LivingSocial, he led the Merchant Products group that allowed small businesses to market themselves on its social-buying platform. Prior to LivingSocial, Steve served on the board and also on the teacher of a school in Vienna, Virginia. Now, Steve is leading EverFi‘s Financial Education thought leadership. He is combining his experience, enthusiasm, and genes to find new and effective ways to help busy people leverage the advantages of online education. Steve graduated from Claremont McKenna College and did a semester of law school in France, but then realized that his life would not be like what he saw on the TV Show ’LA Law": he then pivoted his career into education and technology. Steve is passionate about EdTech, startups, data, Minnesota, competitive eating, piña coladas, and weird stuff. Steve has three brilliant kids, an amazing wife, and an incontinent dog.
