*Two-Hour CFMP Certified Workshop*

Scheduled on Thursday, April 26th, immediately preceding the NEFMA Awards Dinner and Spring Conference, a two-hour CFMP certified workshop on crisis communication will be held for a separate registration fee of $199.   

Course Description:  

Utilizing real world examples of effective — and not so effective — crisis communications response, this course teaches you what to do and when to do it when you find yourself in a crisis. Understand the critical differences between monitoring a crisis situation, and effectively managing your crisis communications response. Learn how to successfully communicate in challenging situations by approaching your crisis with thoughtful strategy and tactics that work.

Course Objectives:

  • Understand key foundational elements of a crisis response, specific to bank marketers.
  • Gain insight into the operational answer of effective crisis planning and application
  • Learn the criteria for decision making for practical crisis response
  • Identify opportunities to test and adapt plan
  • Review best practices and take away tips for telling story in crisis
