Olivier F. Raoust Sr., Chief Brand Strategist/Chief Creative Director, Raoust+Partners

Olivier Raoust is the founder and creative force of Raoust+Partners, a brand consultancy that has worked with more than forty financial institutions for more than 20 years.

Raoust’s first exposure to FI marketing dates back to 1979 with community banks first then credit unions when was the co-creative director at Goldman Associates, a Virginia-based firm responsible for developing Virginia’s Langley Federal Credit Union original, and multi-award winning creative strategy. It was the impetus that Mr. Raoust needed to open his own firm in 1989. This led to forging two pivotal and lengthy relationships, first with Silicon Valley’s AEA Credit Union, then with New Jersey’s Affinity Federal Credit Union. Of local interest, Raoust has been the brand architect for Lowell’s Jeanne D’Arc Credit Union repositioning starting in 2009, and Mills 42 FCU formerly MA-COM CU.

Mr. Raoust is a native of France, holds a bacalaureate degree, and is a graduate of the Cours Godechoux in Paris. He his a past president of the Tidewater Society of Communicating Arts, member of the Ad Club, and AIGA.

An avid club racer, Raoust is also a certified Instructor for the Porsche Club of America among several others. On many weekends he can be found at the track pursuing his passion.

Anita Speck, Marketing Director, Florida Capital Bank

Ms. Speck serves as Marketing Director for FLCB in Jacksonville, Florida. She develops and executes the marketing and communication plan for the bank, mortgage division and additional lines of business that operate under the FLCB name. Prior to joining FLCB, Anita worked as Art Director for JP Morgan Chase, where she successfully created and directed a broad range of design projects, from conception to launch.

 


 

Jessica Rogers, Marketing Faculty Lead- Graduate Business, Southern New Hampshire University

Jessica is a Dallas based full time Marketing Instructor. She is currently finishing her PhD in Business. Her dissertation centers around Social Media Marketing, Brand Loyalty and GenX. Jessica has taught both undergraduate & graduate level courses in Marketing, including Social Media; has 16 years of field experience in business & marketing prior to moving into Higher Education in 2009. Jessica holds a BS in Business Administration and an MS in Marketing.
