Jill Castilla, President & CEO, Citizens Bank of Edmond, Edmond, OK

President and CEO Jill Castilla led a 180-degree turnaround at Citizens Bank of Edmond through her approach to FinTech and social media. She changed the story of the Bank from one of near collapse and failure to one of great success and innovation. Jill has told the story of the turnaround at conferences nationwide and to 5,000+ people in various industries. Jill has also been recently named one of Bank Innovations, 2016 Innovators to Watch.

Jill broke virtual radio silence through the power of social media by leading the bank from having no audience to more than 30,000 followers who engage with the Bank through Twitter, Facebook, YouTube and Instagram.

Jill was named “Most Admired CEOs in Oklahoma", “Most Innovative CEOs in Banking”, "Community Banker of the Year" and "Most Powerful Women in Banking" in 2015. She ranks #1 on ICBA’s list of Twitter influencers. Citizens’ community appreciation event implemented by Jill, “Heard on Hurd”, had more than 100,000 attendees in 2015 and generated more than $2.4 million in economic activity.

Jill previously served in the U.S. Army and Oklahoma Army National Guard as a construction and civil engineer. Prior to joining Citizens Bank, she was at the Federal Reserve Bank of Kansas City and with a community bank in Minnesota. Her academic background includes a Master’s degree in Economics from the University of Oklahoma and is a graduate of the University of Wisconsin-Madison’s Graduate School of Banking. Jill is a distinguished alumna of Hawaii Pacific University.

     


  Koen Vanderhoydonk, Head Operational Client Experience, Euroclear

Koen Vanderhoydonk, Director, heads Euroclear's Operational Client Experience department part of the Communication, Marketing & CSR division. His responsibilities cover digital transformation, operational content marketing, editorial- and translation services. He is responsible for MyEuroclear, the operational website covering e-Learning, digital user experience, customer journeys and Tone of Voice.

Furthermore, Mr Vanderhoydonk is part of the Digital Customer Experience management team. He has 15 years of experience with Euroclear. For several years he headed the account management and client relationship team covering all Euroclear Bank clients in Germany, Switzerland, Austria and Central Europe.

Prior to his current role, he was general manager of a Belgian online bank delivering innovative banking solutions to financial institutions in the Benelux. He worked for a consulting firm assisting Fintech and startups. He co-founded the Financial Think Tank in Belgium in 2014.

     
   
Mary Beth Sullivan, Founding Partner, Capital Performance Group

Mary Beth is a founding partner of Capital Performance Group LLC, a management consulting firm that provides advice, research, analysis, and project management services to the financial services industry. She has 25 years of experience in financial services, both as a practitioner and an advisor to senior managers and directors. CPG specializes in designing and implementing strategies for growth and improved profitability for banks, thrifts, specialized financial services companies, and companies with a stake in the industry.

Prior to forming CPG, Mary Beth was the Senior Managing Director at Furash & Company, Inc. and held a number of management positions at Chemical Banking Corporation in New York.

Mary Beth is a frequent speaker on topics such as strategy, competition, and best practices in U.S. financial services companies. She has a degree in Finance from Virginia Tech and an MBA from the Fuqua School of Business at Duke University.

     
   
Dena M. Hall, Regional President and EVP, Chief Marketing Officer, United Bank


Dena M. Hall is the Western Massachusetts Regional President and Chief Marketing Officer for United Bank, a state chartered stock bank headquartered in Glastonbury, Connecticut. A member of the Bank’s Executive Leadership Team, she has overall responsibility for the Company’s marketing and public relations division and manages the Company’s Charitable Giving Program. United Financial Bancorp, Inc. is a publicly owned corporation and the holding company for United Bank, which is traded on the NASDAQ Global Select Market under the symbol UBNK. United Bank has 50 branch offices located throughout Western and Central Massachusetts and Connecticut. Ms. Hall was recently named the Top Woman to Watch in Banking by Western MA Women’s Magazine. She was also named a 2015 “Woman of FIRE” (Finance, Insurance & Real Estate) by Banker & Tradesman.
     
    Elizabeth Mach, First VP of Marketing, Berkshire Bank

With more than 35 years of experience in leveraging brand awareness into brand preference. Mach leads the development and execution of strategies to engage, enhance loyalty and add value while ensuring compliance and has completed a total of 18 acquisitions and 9 whole bank acquisitions over the last 10 years!

A graduate of the Massachusetts College of Liberal Arts with a BS in Marketing and Management and minor in Economics and the ABA’s School of Bank Marketing and Management. She earned the designation of Certified Financial Marketing Professional (CMFP) from the Institute of Certified Bankers and a Six Sigma Certification in processes improvement methodology. Her passions in life are travel, golf, cooking, the Boston Bruins and Bruce Springsteen.

     
   
Jason Soucy, Director of Sales, Travelers Championship

Jason Soucy is the Director of Sales for the Travelers Championship, and has held that role at Connecticut’s PGA TOUR event since 2009. Mr. Soucy has 19 years of experience marketing, selling and promoting championship golf on the PGA TOUR, LPGA Tour and Champions Tour in multiple markets around the country.

Prior to the Travelers Championship, Mr. Soucy was a member of the IMG Golf Division, serving as Vice President of North American Event Sales. During his time at IMG Golf, he also served as the Tournament Director for the 2007 Women’s World Match Play Championship on the LPGA Tour in New Rochelle, NY, and the 2006 PGA TOUR Challenge Series event, the Del Webb Father Son Challenge in Orlando, FL.
