We will look at why people buy, how the way in which people respond to advertising has changed in the internet age and how a newly empowered public can no longer be counted on to follow the dictates of management in major decisions. In each case, we see a dynamic situation that every marketer must understand: until we truly comprehend how people engage, we can't hope to shape their behavior as advertisers. Have you heard? Financial marketing in New England has gone Hollywood! On January 29, 2015, The New England Financial Marketing Association (NEFMA) and The Warren Group will host “NEFMA’s Best in Marketing Awards.”
This official event of NEFMA will honor the names, faces and companies behind the engaging, creative and innovative social media and marketing campaigns that drive the success of financial institutions throughout New England. The dinner and awards ceremony will be held at the Crowne Plaza, Natick and will be a part of the NEFMA Winter Conference, held on January 29 – 30.
We are bringing together all the pieces to ensure the event goes down in the Marketing Hall of Fame. It will be a celebration of the financial marketing superstars, and a chance to place a spotlight on those individuals and companies who go the extra mile every day and have the courage and vision to go outside of the status quo. Unique and detailed marketing categories will be featured, including recognition based on Campaign, Individual Component, and Contributor, covering everything from blogs to billboards.
